Why we started ListinTacoma

For decades, selling a home in Washington has meant handing over roughly 2.5% of your sale price to a listing agent, often tens of thousands of dollars, whether or not you needed a full-service agent to get the job done.

We knew there was another path for motivated sellers. With the right MLS exposure, a bit of guidance, and modern tools, plenty of homeowners are more than capable of selling their own homes and keeping that equity where it belongs: in their pockets.

So we created a flat-fee model. You get your listing live on the Northwest MLS, syndicated to Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com and more, backed by a licensed broker, without the traditional listing commission.
